Each product will take an average of 7 days to process, check and package each item.. Due to COVID and a large influx of customers we ask that you be patient while we inspect each product. Please allow for up to 14 days for an item to be delivered after processing.

We expect all items to be returned in the position they were shipped, which includes the tags and original packaging. All items that fail to meet this criteria will not be eligible for a refund. 30 days after an item has been delivered it will not be eligible for a return. We do not cover shipping cost for returns under any circumstances.
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it to ensure it is still in an acceptable condition. All items that fail to meet the previously stated criteria will not be eligible for a refund. Items that are eligible will be refunded within 10-14 business days of Elegance receiving the package.
